Meet Dr. D

Dr. Danielle Franklin, DDS (DR. D!)

Dr. D is a highly respected general dentist in Dallas, Texas, known for providing compassionate, patient-centered dental care to individuals and families throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Originally from Los Angeles, California, Dr. D moved to Texas at a young age and proudly considers herself a Texan. Her passion for dentistry began in her teenage years, inspired by positive experiences at her own dental office and a desire to help others achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Dr. D is a graduate of MacArthur High School in Irving, Texas, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University in College Station. She went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas, one of the nation’s leading dental institutions.
After completing dental school, Dr. D practiced dentistry in several areas across Texas, including Amarillo, before returning to the DFW area in 2010. With over a decade of experience, she offers comprehensive dental services focused on preventive care, restorative dentistry, and patient education, helping patients maintain long-term oral health in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Dr. D is also a dedicated community leader and advocate for public service. She currently serves as an Executive Board Member of the Duncanville Education Foundation and a Board Member of the Duncanville Community Theatre. She was appointed by Governor Greg Abbott to the Texas Dental Review Committee and is honored to be serving her second term. In recognition of her leadership and service, she was named 2022 Celebrate Duncanville Woman of the Year.
Committed to professional excellence, Dr. D remains actively involved in organizations such as the Duncanville Chamber of Commerce and the Duncanville Community Theatre. Her practice philosophy centers on delivering high-quality, ethical dentistry while building lasting relationships with patients and the community she serves.
